Return policy

When you receive something you weren't expecting, we understand your pain. That's why we're here for you every step of the way!

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have a maximum of 30 days from the date you received all your purchased items in the same order to submit the return request .

Please note that return shipping costs must be at the customer's expense , unless the original products are defective.

How do I make a return?

- Step 1: Please contact us at customer.service@scandic-star.com with the item(s) you wish to return, the order number, the reason for return, and a photo of the item in its current condition. In case of quality issues, please provide images of the exact defective parts of the said items and the label (including the QC label).
- Step 2: If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

- Step 3: Once your returned items are back at our warehouse, we will process your refund within 5 business days of receiving your return and refunds will be issued to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the return has been processed.

What items can be returned?

- All items must be unworn and in their original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached. Items not in the above-mentioned condition will not be accepted.
- Products marked as Final Clearance are not eligible for return or refund.
- Items in the following categories cannot be returned: lingerie, tights, socks, and accessories (excluding belts and bags). Swimwear returns can only be accepted if the hygienic lining remains intact. We take the health and safety of our customers seriously and cannot resell intimate items once they have been opened or used.
- The matching set cannot be refunded separately.
- If your order was paid for by store credit only, please note that all products will become final sale and will not be eligible for return or refund.

Conditions which are not considered defective in quality:

- Loose threads, raw edges, thickness, a touch of fabric and color differences due to monitor display differences are NOT treated as quality issues.
- Returns due to dissatisfaction with styles, colors, and changes in personal preferences are NOT treated as quality issues.
- Damage due to use, washing, improper maintenance, self-repair, modifications or other human factors are NOT treated as quality issues.

- Please refer to our size chart to make your purchasing decisions, as our service team can only offer our recommendations. Returns due to size issues are not quality issues.
- Due to the design and style differences between items, there may be slight differences between different items of the same size. Please refer to the actual measurements.

Where is my refund?

Your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days after your returned package arrives at our warehouse. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
1. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 5 business days of receiving the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank if you have any questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

2. If you paid by PayPal or other online payment providers, refunds will be sent to PayPal or your chosen online payment method within 5 business days of receiving the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the online payment providers if you have any questions about when the refund will be credited to your account.
3. If your order was paid for by store credit only, please note that all products will become final sale and will not be eligible for return or refund.

Important note:

- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time, but you can place a new order and initiate a return. Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive the returned package.
- Please do not send your items to the sender's address indicated on your package. Returns will not be accepted without first submitting the request.
- Please ensure that you have not accidentally included any non-SCANDICSTAR items in your return package. We will not be responsible for returning these items to you.

- Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- scandic-star.com is not responsible for any failed delivery attempts caused by customer negligence. Negligence includes, but is not limited to, refusal of shipping confirmation and incorrect recipient information (such as order address, contact number, or recipient name). In this case, we are unable to refund you. If you find that your order information is incorrect, please contact us at customer.service@scandic-star.com with your order number and the correct information as soon as possible.
